PAYMENT/REFERRALS

  • We are currently accepting new patients from ages 1-18.

  • In order to be eligible to receive insurance coverage, the autism diagnosis is required.

  • For private pay, the autism diagnosis is not mandatory.

  • We are currently credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas, TriWest, and Kansas Medicaid (Healthy, United Healthcare Community Plan, and Sunflower). 

  • All private pay fees will be determined following the initial, free 15-minute consultation. Private pay will need to be paid at the time of the service. 

  • All referrals, diagnostic reports, and KAN Be Healthy forms  (for Medicaid only) can be sent via fax (785) 641-1064 or email admin@adastramhk.com or call/text (785) 370-6460 with questions.
