Julie Moore, MS, BCBA, LBA

Julie earned her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Kansas State University. She graduated with a master's degree in Special Education, specializing in functional and adaptive skills, and obtained a Certificate of Autism and an English Language Learner (ELL) endorsement. 

​

Continuously seeking to expand her professional skills, Julie completed the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) coursework at the Florida Institute of Technology in her pursuit to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). 

​

With a career spanning over twenty years, Julie has gained invaluable experience in various educational, clinical, and home settings. She spent five years as a paraprofessional in a preK-12 school setting while pursuing her college education where she developed a passion to teach and connect with children of all abilities.

​

For seven years, Julie excelled as a K-6 Resource Teacher in Special Education, educating a diverse range of students. She has also spent five years teaching second grade and has an additional year of experience in reading intervention instruction, demonstrating her versatility and dedication to meeting the individual needs of students at different grade levels. During this time frame, she also was a Licensed Foster Parent.

​

Julie recently spent three years as a BCBA in a clinical setting, including remote work. Her exceptional skills and leadership qualities led her to serve as a Senior Analyst and later as a Clinical Director, where she worked endlessly to promote the delivery of high-quality, compassionate services.

​

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, exercising, listening to podcasts, and attending K-State Wildcats events.

Kari Terrill, MS, BCBA, LBA

​

Kari earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a Provisional Endorsement in Special Education and a Minor in Leadership Studies. She followed this by obtaining her Master’s degree in Special Education with both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Kansas State University. 

​

After graduation, Kari taught K-6 Special Education where she taught students of all abilities focusing on academic interventions, social-emotional skill building, and behavioral support. While working in Olathe, KS for four years, her caseload primarily centered around students with high levels of both behavioral and academic needs. She developed comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) along with the creation of a multitude of data collecting systems while working closely with the district level programs to ensure high levels of behavioral support for all students on her caseload.

After seven years in the classroom, Kari continued her education and completed the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) coursework at Florida Institute of Technology. During this time, she taught and began working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a year and a half. 

​

Kari has experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in both the home and clinic settings with clients ranging in age from 2 to 14 years old. She has served in leadership roles as a BCBA Supervisor, Senior Behavior Analyst, and Assistant Director of Clinical Performance.

​

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the K-State Wildcats.

Kari Terrill

Lori Scheuerman, MS, BCBA, LBA

​

Lori earned her Bachelor’s Degree in  Elementary Education from Kansas State University.  She went on to obtain her Master’s in Special Education.  While attending Kansas State University, Lori worked as a paraprofessional for PreK-6th grade in general education classrooms and the district level autism program.

​

Upon finishing her degree, Lori began her career in education teaching 5th grade.  

She then spent eight years as a resource teacher in the district level autism classroom, supporting students in the DTT, small groups, general education classrooms, and after school programs. 

​

The past three years, Lori has worked as a BCBA supporting clients and their families in the home and clinic. She went on to become the Director of Quality Assurance, supporting supervisors and behavior technicians with programming and environmental supports. 

​

In her free time, Lori enjoys playing outside with her two boys, listening to podcasts, reading books, and cheering on the Cats.
